[Dx4win] Uploading FT8 QSO's to LOTW

Using Kostas' solution, it wouldn't matter which "temporary" mode you
chose (FAX, JT65,etc) because you would be specifying the "length" of
the mode name both places, like:
Find "<MODE:4>JT65" and replace it with "<MODE:3>JT8"

I don't agree. Let's say we choose FAX as alternative mode. And then
you 
say "search and replace": fax with ft8. Nice. But if there is a
callsign 
with a suffix fax (I know at least sp2fax!). So I believe that the best

option is to make a "search and replace" like the following :

<MODE:3>FAX with <MODE:3>FT8
