[Dx4win] The F9 problem again

Also I find it tedious having to press F9 every time I start DX4WIN so that
(1) DX4WIN reads my radio frequency and (2) the radio frequency gets
communicated to the ATU in my Expert amp so I am ready to either receive or
transmit and (3) DX4WIN is ready to log my first QSO. Could that not happen
automatically or would that present a problem for some reason? I have
mentioned this before but now might be an opportunity to do something about
this? Certainly this problem does not exist with the contest logging
programs like N1MM.

1. Exit Add Real Time mode (ESC) before turning off the radio, or...

2. Use Add Off-line from the QSO menu item if you want to keep the logging
window "open".
