[Dx4win] Task Manager required to shut down DX4WIN

Which window are you using the 'upper right X' in? You must use the 
'DX4WIN 8.05 UrCallsign' window to close the entire program. If you are 
doing that and still having problems, the next thing I would do is shut 
down the computer completely. That is, do the regular shut down and then 
drop power to the computer for several seconds before you restart.
