[Dx4win] Task Manager required to shut down DX4WIN

GM Mark:

Make sure you are clicking on the “X” in the proper window - use the main window with File / Radio / and Help in the tool bar NOT the data / QSO entry window. 

I have Ver 8.05 installed on a Dell desktop and a Thinkpad both running Win10 and both close down properly and as expected.
