[Dx4win] icom 7800 split FINALLY FIXED ( i hope)

Hi Jim and others
Depending on the new CAT codes I rxed it should be possible now
I will try to input and modify the existing Rigfile for the IC7100 first
Since I don´t have a IC7800 anymore but have a few from these.
Commands are the same for IC7800 etc but before releasing I like to test
Out with my rigs. Probably end next week I will have something ready.

Bill, such a rig file has existed for a long time. This feature was added to
the IC-7600/7700/7800 command set several years ago.  ON4AOI has tested it.

Look on http://dx4win.ad1c.us/ for a link to either "Radios" or "Rigs", the
file is there.
