[Dx4win] DXCC/LoTW mismatch

> I've been using DX4WIN almost since the beginning, but have never tried to match DX4WIN with LoTW until recently.  I recently downloaded my DXCC ADIF file, which seems to say I have 1435 records.  I created a new/empty DX4WIN log to import the file into.  The DXCC summary from DX4WIN and LoTW site don't agree.  I lost 1 DXCC country and except for Phone, all my totals are lower from DX4WIN.

Frank, try running this utility, it should help pinpoint the problem.
