[Dx4win] DXCC/LoTW mismatch

Hi,

I've been using DX4WIN almost since the beginning, but have never tried to match DX4WIN with LoTW until recently.  I recently downloaded my DXCC ADIF file, which seems to say I have 1435 records.  I created a new/empty DX4WIN log to import the file into.  The DXCC summary from DX4WIN and LoTW site don't agree.  I lost 1 DXCC country and except for Phone, all my totals are lower from DX4WIN.  

DX4WIN lists only 1309 QSOs imported, not the 1435 the ADIF file seems to indicate.  There are no RTTY contacts that were imported.  651 QSOs say "Import:(Mode=Empty) in the Notes for QSO, not sure what that means since all the modes were filled in. I did correct several prefix issues that were noted.  

Any thoughts?  probably something simple...
