[Dx4win] DX spotting using CCUser

I am not a CCUser user so afraid I cannot address that issue.
However, you might take note of the fact that US callsign numbers have
little if any bearing on where the station is located any more. Since
hams are no longer required to change their callsign to the district
they live in no required to sign portable and can apply for a vanity
call with most any number they desire, it is pretty much a crap shoot
trying to use a callsign to identify an area of the country.
Good luck in solving your CCUser issues.
