You might be shutting down from the wrong window. If you close the input window that only closes the log you are operating on. You need to shut down from the main window - the one with the File, etc. Menus visible. Hope this helps.

Subject: [Dx4win] DX4WIN shutdown error
When I try to close DX4WIN, I often find that only the input window shuts
down. The other windows (such as logbook, packet window, etc., etc.) remain
on the monitor.
I can't get rid of those windows except by using Task Manager.
When I direct Task Manager to close DX4WIN, I get the following error
message:
An exception occurred!
Cannot focus a disabled or invisible window
I have uninstalled DX4WIN and then reinstalled it. That made no difference.
I also reinstalled the Windows 7 64 bit operating system. No difference.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Tnx & 73,
Mark, K6FG
