[Dx4win] DX4WIN UPDATE

I was Paul's first customer, more than 20 years ago, when it was in
version 0.92. Ultimately, about a year ago I gave up on using DX4WIN
because it did not do a couple of things I had come to need. I tried
DXlab Suite, which was indeed slow to load my 125,000 QSO log and far
too complex for my tastes, but then tried Logger32, which is also free
and works just fine.
