[Dx4win] Updates

All,
Great...I think a wish list web page might be a good idea....
If the wish list is not acted upon by the developer, will it do any
good?....as some have posted, the author of this software has decided
not to respond to emails and this group....and therefore the wish list
web page may just route to the developer's trash bin...and for our own
edification.
Not to be overly critical here...but that seems to be the situation we
are in with DX4WIN....
As users, we have bought this software, not only for what was initially
developed, but for continuing support. In today's world, a logging
program should do more than just logging....If we only expected an
initial release feature package without support, we would be using
DX4WIN to control aged rigs and logging basic DXCC awards!
Develop a web page...and have it ignored....write directly to the
developer and have it ignored ....or move off to another platform and
tell everyone within ear shot why we did it...those are our choices.
Let's face facts here...
Tod, nice adage...."Nothing is impossible as long as you are not the one
who has to do the work." Tod, this should be restated...."Nothing IS
possible as long as you chose NOT to do the work.". That is the
situation here...the author has chosen NOT to do the work...
