[Dx4win] Membership list for ARRL Centennial Challenge

Hi Folks,

I'm in the process of preparing a list of callsigns for the ARRL
Centennial Challenge.  It will include things like directors, section
managers, W1AW/#, W100AW etc. but will NOT be a listing of all (only)
ARRL members.  I plan to to add this to the Membership List for DX4WIN
8.0x with the "A" designation (for 2014 only).  So when one of these
stations is spotted, you will know.

It's a work in progress, and will take a few days to get a good list
-- the information is spread out among many web pages.
