[Dx4win] Lots of special event calls starting 2014

Hi Folks,

There have been a lot of special event calls on the air starting 31
December 2013 (many from Sochi Olympics, but lots of others too!).
I'll give it about a week to settle down, then release a new country
file with many new QSL managers.
