[Dx4win] Cannot edit Callsign / Mgr lookup window

Hi Sam,

You can't edit the text in any part of this form (I never thought you
could, doesn't work in 8.05).  If you "Update QSO", you'll get Name,
State, County and Grid copied from the Callsign/Manager window to the
QSO in your logbook (USA only).  You have to make any changes after
that in your QSO window.

Does this make sense?
