[Dx4win] Identity QSOs missing from LoTW

Jim,It was with great fear and trepidation that I followed your instructions to the T.Even after I had safely saved my log away I still hesitated deleting all QSOs from the log...When the process was complete I had 181 QSOs not previously uploaded that I was able to submit to LoTW. There were a few additional that I didn't have a valid certificate for that were from a previous call. This yielded  18 QSLs 3 of which were new band slots.
Notes on your notes: In step 11 you must clear the fields (no filters or searches) or it will not clear all the flags. It took a few hit and miss attempts before I had all the right fields cleared.
Thanks for taking the time to do this.73AD6ZJ, Loren

Hi Folks,

I've been working on a new application note to help you identify QSOs
from your log that you *think* have been uploaded to ARRL Logbook of
the World, but really are not:

I would appreciate if a couple of people could look this over and
actually try it, to let me know if any of the information is incorrect
or confusing.

Thanks & 73 - Jim AD1C
