[Dx4win] Upgrade, new machine, moving logs

Simplest way: just copy entire DX4W### directory to new computer.
Double-click on DX4WIN.EXE to run program.  You may have to navigate
to your logbook file if the path is different than on your old
computer.

Otherwise, just treat it like an upgrade:
