"save" folder in DX4W. Then went to the upload page of lotw, clicked on
"upload" and then browsed to the .adi file, clicked on "upload" and it all
happened from there.
I do not have a .tq8 file for yesterday's upload.

Several of you have said that LoTW will not accept a ADIF file and needs a
tq8 file. In the HELP file it states that LoTW will accept a ADIF and
CABRILLO file. I did not find any prompt about a tq8 file and figured it was
not needed in v1.14.1.
I checked my ADIF file and it has the calls to up load correct. The ADIF
file is located in C:\LoTW as ks0m149.ADI. That is the file I selected for
the TQSL to "sign and upload. It did not do that. I tried to attach the
file to email and LoTW cannot find the attachment in the ADIF format.
I have tried twice this morning to up load the file with no success. If
this version needs a tq8 file how do I make one ?
My CERT is active and my profile info is correct. I am at a loss as to what
to do next.

Hi Dick,
I have no idea why TQSL did not automatically send the file but you can only
upload a TQ8 file not an adi file to LOTW.
When I updated my TQSL program I just started the new downloaded file and it
removed the earlier version, kept all my certs, and was ready to go and it
did work fine here.
