[Dx4win] grayed spot

I have both the worked and mailed cutoff set to 0 so this should not be the
problem. A
station that I've worked but not confirmed should show up as red letters on a white
background along with a W in the country window.
In this case, I worked OD5ZZ on 15m SSB. The country window for Lebanon shows
a W in the 15m SSB block but the packet spot is grayed out! I have other spots
grayed out for modes I haven't selected which is normal.
I still don't know what's going on!
