[Dx4win] Packet Window and World Map

I previously had the problem that I could not open the Packet Window or the
World Map Window on my Laptop computer.  Thanks to Jim, AD1C, I found out
what the problem was.

 

He advised me to Go to Preferences | Screen tab.  Find "Leave all window in
Original Position".  If it's checked, uncheck it.  If it's unchecked, check
it.  Restart DX4WIN. That fixed the problem.

 

"Leave all window in Original Position" was checked.  I unchecked and
restarted DX4WIN.  I can now open the windows.  My operating system is
Windows 7.  Again, thanks Jim.
