[Dx4win] Not In Log

I would be cautious of the following:  

As I understand the greater scheme of things stations, for example, using their calls under reciprocal agreements from other countries should sign, for example PJ5/N4ZZZ. Not N4ZZZ/PJ5. If you worked the station signing N4ZZZ/PJ5, and then you entered it into your log as PJ5/N4ZZZ there will be no match in LoTW. 

If I'm wrong on this someone please correct me.

it's better to mark the qso as invalid with another way and do it for all awards at once.
write a zero (0) in rstr box.
