[Dx4win] Does CW Announce work in Windows 7?

I don't know, Paul.  Can you try downloading and installing 8.05
(install in the suggested directory, not "Program Files").  See if
that makes any difference.

I don't use the feature myself, but I'll give 8.05 a test now.
