[Dx4win] Does CW Announce work in Windows 7?

I am using DX4WIN 7.07.02. When running Windows XP and DX4WIN setup Packet 1 > 
Audio/Voice > "CW announce",  I get CW over the internal computer speaker.

Running under Windows 7 64-bit, I do not get sound from "CW announce". Is this 
a known limitation?
