[Dx4win] Log Stat Inaccuracy

I was about to tell you the same thing. Can you be more specific as to your perceived problem... maybe we can help. If you are concerned about accuracy of DXCC info, it might be best to use the current file maintained by Jim... it is highly accurate going back decades.
