[Dx4win] Elecraft K3 Radio Interface problem.

I addition to what Bud has suggested, right click on the Computer icon,
Select Properties, click on "Device Manager",  Open Universal Serial
Bus controllers, select *each* USB Root Hub and "Generic USB Hub"
entry, select the "Power Management" tab and *uncheck* the box marked
"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
