[Dx4win] CAT control

[W9RPM]

I am not getting my 950 that I just got to work with DX4WIN. I have both 
set to 4800, and cable I am using worked with my other Yaesu radios. 
Must be something simple I am NOT doing right. Thanks, John W9RPM
