[Dx4win] WPX LOTW versus DX4WIN

On the other hand my log shows (by LotW only) Mixed: 1092, SSB: 469.
CW: 664, and Digital: 587.  While LotW has Mixed: 1093, SSB: 469.
CW: 664. and Digital: 588 and has been that way for several days.

One item for some - you may need to link/merge accounts if you have
ever had multiple calls.  That merging process is not automatic.
