[Dx4win] eQSL Confirmations

I like this easier method.

However, I looked all over but can't find where to set preferences to always set the eQSL flag for new QSOs.
Also can this be setup for LOTW? Where?

If you have your preferences set up to always set the eQSL flag for
new QSOs, you don't need to set a date range.  "Export to eQSL" will
only export those new QSOs.  When done exporting, let it clear the
upload flag and set the upload date.

Don't know, I haven't downloaded from eQSL in a while. I'll try maybe
next week if I get some free time.
