If you have your preferences set up to always set the eQSL flag for
new QSOs, you don't need to set a date range.  "Export to eQSL" will
only export those new QSOs.  When done exporting, let it clear the
upload flag and set the upload date.

Don't know, I haven't downloaded from eQSL in a while. I'll try maybe
next week if I get some free time.
