[Dx4win] Band Decoder Type Greyed Out

Having been through this ...
Open the Help file and search for "LPT Driver"
Boot the computer using the F8 key to bypass driver signature
enforcement then run LPTDriver.exe in the "drivers" directory
of your DX4Win installation as *administrator* (right click,
run as administrator) to install the driver.
