[Dx4win] Band Decoder Type Greyed Out

I've looked through the archive, and as far as I can tell I should be
able to find vichw11.sys on the machine, and a DX4WIN port driver on the
list of installed programs. I've run the program several times, and
neither is found. I can't find a download on the DX4WIN web page for
the port driver. This is a 64-bit Win 7 machine - I'm sure Guy's right,
but what to do now?
