[Dx4win] Windows 8

I installed Windows 8 over the weekend.  You can download a 90-day
trial of the Enterprise version from Microsoft.

I could not get past the user interface (fka Metro), so I did not get
around to installing DX4WIN.  I don't anticipate any problems but you
never know.

If I get some time, and can stick with Win 8 for more than 5 minutes,
I might try installing DX4WIN
