[Dx4win] Feature request on behalf of weak signal mode users

For the rstS and rstR fields in DX4WIN to allow free flow text to indicate a signal report in dB.
A mandatory NN or NNN is too restrictive.

example:

-26

(minus NUMBER NUMBER)

My main reason for requesting this is I print LOTS of QSL labels and really would like to have the option of
printing a signal report as either a traditional RST or a dB value.

Myself and several other DX4WIN users have requested this previously so lets hope it can be added sometime.
