[Dx4win] DX4WIN UPDATER PROBLEM

It sounds like some file didn't update correctly, like the URL was not
found.

I don't know which file it is, however, see if you can find out by
examining each one in the UPDATE directory, looking for this "xml
version" text at the top.

I just ran the update myself and did not have any problems.
