[Dx4win] DX4WIN UPDATER PROBLEM

I had the same issue with a new update. It is the fullist.xml file that
is causing the problem. Delete the file in the save directory and the
program should run ok again.
Jim,
for some reason the latest update with fullist.xml was the problem I
had here.
