[Dx4win] Upgrade to version 8

Hi all,
I am just upgrading from version 7.07 to 8.05. I copied several logfiles from 
the 7.07 save folder to the 8.05 save folder. I hadn't any trouble to open the 
log files except my main file called dk1ii.dx4win logfile.l, which is the 
largest, of course with appr. 2,5 MB. The notice is: "fatal error occured 
reading log file". No problem in opening this file in DX4Win vers. 7.07.
Doess anybody experienced the similar, or can give any advise?
