[Dx4win] WX4WIN packet arrival time and log time wrong?

I have migrated to a new computer and ever since the packet arrival time is
like 3 hours behind. When I work a station that I clicked on in the packet
window it is logged with the wrong time? My system clock is fine and is set
correctly. When a spot comes in it is marked 190 minutes rather than 1
minute or so.

I migrated to Windows 7 64 bit operating system. DX4WIN seems to running
fine but I have to get this time error thing corrected. As it is all my
contacts for the last few days have the wrong logged time so I have to
delete them.

I am running version 8.05 of DX4WIN.

Can anyone help me?
