[Dx4win] CW Keyboard?

Easy question (I think!): I cannot get the CW Keyboard to open. I've tried
both methods - Window/CW Keyboard and Alt+K.  I am probably missing
something obvious but can't figure out what.

 

Using v 8.04 and Win 7.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
