[Dx4win] 30M spots jump to USB when clicked

In the DX Spot window:
When I double click a 30M spot my rig switches to USB. It doesn't matter how low in the band, it always goes USB. So far this is the only band I have seen this on. I figured it could be based on the mode selected by the spotter so I found some stateside spotters just to be sure. Still jumps to USB

Is there a way to set this to CW?
