[Dx4win] Default Spot Bandwidth

Whatever you set it to in the menu. It's actually width 1,2 and 3 which 
normally corresponds to wide, medium and narrow but you can set it to 
whatever you like. Then you modify the command mask in the rig file for 
mode to select the proper width. This works with all icoms though older 
rigs only support width 1 and 2. which becomes wide and narrow.
