[Dx4win] Check your CW Cutoff frequencies (30m might be wrong)

I agree. Having a second cutoff would be good. I keep getting these 30M spots showing as SSB and not RTTY. Since I will never have a QSO on 30M SSB it would be good to switch to RTTY.
