[Dx4win] Something just happened that never happened before.

I'd start with a reboot to see if that gets corrected.

If you don't have a backup as suggested by Mel, you may be able to
recover your ini file by merging one from an older version of DX4WIN.
The column count error sounds like your country file is damaged as
well. You can download the current one from AD1C's website to fix
that.
