Which rig are you using?....if it is the FT5K, RTTY mode puts the rig into
the RTTY/ U or L SSB mode...and you have to set the MIC Select to DATA....I
believe it is Menu 103 on the FT5K....or 87 (I think!) in the FT9K...

HI, I got a signalink USB to use for RTTY. My radio is being put into 
transmit, but no power output. I must be missing something here. It is 
connected to the Packet Jack in the back of the radio. PSK31 works fine.
