[Dx4win] SIGNALINK

[W9RPM]

HI, I got a signalink USB to use for RTTY. My radio is being put into 
transmit, but no power output. I must be missing something here. It is 
connected to the Packet Jack in the back of the radio. PSK31 works fine. 
Any ideas? Thanks, John
