[Dx4win] Packet Function Key Definitions Too Short

I've just been trying to store some of the filtering commands for AR
Cluster V6 in DX4WIN, and have discovered a problem - ARC6 uses a new
Boolean-like syntax, which can result in lengthy filtering commands like
"SET DX FILTER call=n4zr OR (SKIMMER AND UNIQUE>2) and (spotterstate=md
OR spotterstate=pa OR spotterstate=va OR spotterstate=WV)". The space
available for any one key definition is far too short to handle such
expressions. Any way it can be made longer in the next version?
