Hi Cesar,

I think I have a fix.  Please try this version:

    http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater/download/dx4wupd46a.exe

Don't put it in your UPDATE directory, just put it in your DX4W805
directory.  When you run it, the header should say:

    DX4WIN Data Updater - Version 4.6a

The RSGB server that hosts fulllist.xml is probably a Windows system,
which means it probably has the same time problem that the new version
of the updater tried to fix.  But for this ONE file, yesterday's fix
created a problem where there previously wasn't one.  So I had to go
back to the old way of checking the timestamp of the IOTA file on the
RSGB server.  The reason I did not notice the problem I created
yesterday was because I had turned off updating the IOTA file (to save
debug time).

Here is the debug info (file timestamps) from last night's program
(v4.5).  You can see that time times are different by one hour:

DEBUG:  UPDATE\fulllist.xml was modified on Tue Sep  6 03:02:00 2011
DEBUG:  http://www.rsgbiota.org/xml/fulllist.xml was modified on Tue
Sep  6 02:02:00 2011

... Working on fulllist.xml ...

Here are the file times with today's fix:

DEBUG:  UPDATE\fulllist.xml was modified on Tue Sep  6 02:02:00 2011
DEBUG:  http://www.rsgbiota.org/xml/fulllist.xml was modified on Tue
Sep  6 02:02:00 2011

*** You already have the latest version of fulllist.xml (IOTA islands)


If this fix works for you, I'll make an official release later tonight.
