[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater - small bug

I may have misspoke - the version of DX4WUPD.EXE was out-of-date, and
I forgot to copy it from the UPDATE directory (I can't even follow my
own instructions). But I thought I saw the same problem last night at
home, but I could have been using an un-released version for testing.
If anyone had this problem, please let me know.
