[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater v. 4.2 released

One thing to remember:  after downloading the new version (through the
updater), you STILL must manually copy the program from the UPDATE
directory to your DX4W### directory, before running the new version.
There is no way for the updater program to do itself this while it is
running (i.e. it can't over-write itself).
