[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater v. 4.2 released

I have released version 4.2 of the DX4WIN Data Updater:

     http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater/

If you run the current updater (4.1), it will prompt you to download and 
install the new version.

NOTE:  You must delete the fulllist.xml file from your UPDATE directory 
*before* running this new version.  Otherwise, the improved update speed 
of this file may not be realized.

Here are the release notes:

Ver 4.2 - 27 August 2011
     New:    –auto exits the program, without prompting.
     Change: fulllist.xml (IOTA Islands) updated more intelligently 
(faster).

Please report any program or documentation errors to me so I can fix them.
