[Dx4win] DX Spots Window

[Mark K3MSB]

Just came back from watching a DVD;   the entries in my DX Spots had a
"Time" value between 99 and 116 minutes;  nothing sooner.

I was using DX Summit.

I'll try K1TTT and let you know.
