[Dx4win] Where/how are country ID numbers stored in DX4WIN

Hi all (Jim in particular),
 
I was triggered by some remarks by Jim about the country ID numbers. I
wonder where and how these are stored in DX4WIN. When I look into the
country database via the 'File' menu I cannot see them. Also in Jim's
instruction on how to add an entity (

entering the country ID number. When I export to ADIF then I do see the ID's
, so where are they coming from ... ?
